Water Bottles
A custom bottle needs the lid and drinking method assessed alongside the exterior design. We review the intended use and candidate construction before discussing decoration, packing or any insulation claim.

Project specifications
We confirm the following details from your artwork and physical sample before quoting or production.
| Capacity and shape | Specify target capacity, overall dimensions and preferred grip, including any bag-pocket or holder fit that needs checking with the proposed sample. |
|---|---|
| Body construction | Share metal or other material preference and single or double-wall direction; availability and suitability must be reviewed for the actual project. |
| Lid and drinking method | Confirm screw, flip or other lid preference, spout or straw requirements and carrying loop; assess seals, cleaning access and replaceable parts. |
| Artwork and finish | Provide approved graphics, exterior colour and print or engraving preference; placement should allow clearance for lid threads, seams and curved transitions. |
| Use and packing | State intended drinks, destination, cleaning expectations and verification needs, with individual protection and carton quantities; performance claims require specific agreed evidence. |
Sample and quality checks
Use the assembled sample to check lid operation, sealing, cleaning access and the agreed drinking method. Verify any temperature or leak-resistance requirements through the agreed checks before approving related product wording.
