Football clubs

Mascot lines, club-shop products, season launches, matchday campaigns and member gifts. We turn the commercial objective into a range that can be approved and delivered.

Licensed merchandise partners

We organize supplied artwork, specifications, samples, packaging and timelines so the rights holder can review clear decisions before production.

Authorized supporter organisations

Member merchandise, matchday support items and smaller campaigns planned around confirmed permission, real demand, budget and event date.

Club crests, names, characters and other protected assets must be cleared for merchandise use before production.

A useful first brief has six clear answers.

Tell us who approves the project, what merchandise rights are confirmed, what the products are for, the quantity per SKU, the destination and the required receiving date. Early artwork is fine.

01
You do not need a complete technical fileA visual reference, intended use and approximate quantity are enough for a first review.
02
Every SKU is reviewed on its own termsWe explain quantity, structure, packaging and timing trade-offs before development begins.
03
Rights and receiving dates matterTell us who can approve the artwork and when the packed goods must arrive.

Packaging, accessories, QC and shipment stay inside the same project.

  • Polybags, retail boxes and backing cards
  • Hangtags, care labels and barcode labels
  • Approved-sample checks and QC records
  • Export cartons, carton marks and protective packing
  • Air, sea, EXW, FOB or DDP planning after destination review

Buyer questions, answered before sampling.

Can we start with only one image?

Yes. One approved artwork file, sketch or reference image is enough for an initial feasibility review. We will identify the missing views, specifications and decisions needed before sampling.

Can you plan a 200–500 piece range?

Sometimes. Feasibility depends on how many SKUs, designs and processes are involved. We review each product separately, then suggest a workable combination rather than promising one shared MOQ.

Does every SKU have its own MOQ?

Yes. Material, size, process, tooling and packaging determine the workable minimum for each SKU. Quantities from different products are not automatically added together.

Can packaging and accessories be managed with the products?

Yes. Boxes, polybags, backing cards, hangtags, care labels, barcodes and set packing can be developed and quoted in the same project.

How early should we start before a match or launch?

Tell us the date the goods must be received. After reviewing design status, product mix, quantity and destination, we plan backward through sampling, production and transport.

What permission do you need from supporter organisations?

Before production, the buyer must confirm the right to use the club name, crest, character, player image or other protected assets for the intended merchandise and distribution channel.

Tell us the idea, quantity, destination and receiving date.

Share the brief and the files you already have. We will identify the missing approvals, the realistic product mix and the next decisions before sampling.
