Printed Badges
Printed badges suit match-day artwork where gradients, photographs or many colours matter. We review the visible face, wrapped edge and fastening together, including the final graphic crop.

Project specifications
We confirm the following details from your artwork and physical sample before quoting or production.
| Badge shape and size | Confirm diameter or width and height, edge shape and desired face profile; the printable area is smaller than the complete blank. |
|---|---|
| Print file | Supply final artwork with bleed, safe margins and colour references; keep small crest text away from the wrapped edge and fastening areas. |
| Surface direction | Specify the preferred paper or film appearance, gloss level and protection; the proposed finish needs assessment with the printed sample. |
| Reverse construction | Confirm pin, clip or other fastening preference, backing material direction and intended user; assess the assembled back before approving production. |
| Distribution packing | State quantity per design and per pack, whether individual cards are required, and how match-day batches should be identified for distribution. |
Sample and quality checks
Compare the assembled badge with the proof for crop, text direction and colour. Inspect the edge wrap, face scratches and fastening closure, and verify that batch counts match the club’s distribution plan.
