Project specifications

We confirm the following details from your artwork and physical sample before quoting or production.

Custom Acrylic Merchandise — Project Specifications
Product format	Choose a hanging charm, keychain or display piece and describe where fans will use it before fixing the construction.
Artwork and layers	Supply front and reverse artwork, transparent areas and white-ink requirements; different reverse views need their own approved print layout.
Outline and thickness	Provide the target width, height, board thickness preference and clear border; assess sharp corners and narrow sections during artwork review.
Connection or base	Mark hanging-hole positions, hardware preferences or base slots; the usable artwork area must allow enough material around each connection.
Protection and packing	Confirm protective film, individual bag, backing card and barcode requirements, including whether buyers should remove film before using the product.

Sample and quality checks

Approve the visible print from both sides and inspect white-layer alignment, edge finish and image crop. Test the actual hardware or base connection; an approved flat print alone does not verify the assembled product.

Quotation and delivery

Quantity and price: Confirm quantity per design, size and colour. MOQ and price follow specification and packaging review.
Sample approval: Approve the material, dimensions, decoration and packing in writing before production.
Schedule: Sample, production and transit times are confirmed separately after review of the brief and receiving date.

Cut line and bleed

The outline needs safe margins around important artwork and enough bleed to avoid unintended clear edges.

White-ink layer

White ink controls opacity and color strength on clear acrylic; transparent or window areas must be identified deliberately.

Single or double side

Front and back orientation, mirrored elements and viewing direction need confirmation before proof approval.

Color expectation

Screen color, printed ink, white underlay and acrylic surface can look different; critical colors need a stated reference.

The proof controls files; the sample controls the physical result.

Both approval stages are recorded because a correct file can still reveal physical issues after cutting and assembly.

5. Production reference

Lock the approved files and physical details by SKU before production is released.

Can you help prepare cut lines and white ink?

We can review and prepare production layers for approval, but the buyer should confirm which areas must stay transparent or opaque.

Which acrylic thickness should I use?

It depends on size, hand feel, display use, weight and target price. We compare practical options after reviewing the format.

Can one order include many designs?

Yes, but quantity per design, shared hardware, packaging, labels and assortment rules must be listed clearly.

Do acrylic products arrive with protective film?

Many products use film for surface protection. The required removal, warning label and packing presentation should be confirmed for the sales channel.

Can you coordinate backing cards and retail packs?

Yes. Final product size, hole or hardware position and barcode mapping should be stable before backing-card production.
