Custom Glassware
A custom glass needs the artwork to fit the actual bowl or tumbler shape. We review capacity, rim, base and decoration together, then plan protection for retail and shipping.

Project specifications
We confirm the following details from your artwork and physical sample before quoting or production.
| Glass shape and size | Specify tumbler or other preferred shape, capacity, height and rim diameter; confirm usable capacity and any stacking expectations with the sample. |
|---|---|
| Material and appearance | Share clear, tinted or other appearance preferences and intended use; glass composition and any treatment need supplier confirmation and project review. |
| Decoration layout | Provide approved club artwork, colour references and position measurements; curvature, transparent backgrounds and the base influence how the graphic is viewed. |
| Use and care | State beverages, temperature expectations, destination and cleaning requirements; food-contact, thermal or dishwasher claims need verification for the proposed glass and decoration. |
| Breakage protection | Confirm retail box, divider and outer-carton direction with quantities per pack; rim separation and movement control must be checked using physical samples. |
Sample and quality checks
Inspect the rim, base stability, visible glass defects and decoration alignment under consistent light. Check packing fit and protection, and keep agreed appearance limits separate from any unverified durability claims.
