Enamel Mugs
A camp-style enamel mug needs its own review of rim, handle and coating finish. We assess the approved character or brand artwork around the available curved surface and confirm intended use before agreeing the product specification.

Project specifications
We confirm the following details from your artwork and physical sample before quoting or production.
| Shape and dimensions | Specify intended capacity, height, rim diameter and handle preference, noting whether the mug is planned for display, gifting or drinking use. |
|---|---|
| Body and coating | Provide base-metal and enamel appearance preferences, inside and outside colours and rim style; the proposed construction requires supplier and sample review. |
| Printed design | Supply approved artwork, colour references and placement relative to handle and rim; wrap boundaries and decoration method need assessment on the actual surface. |
| Use requirements | State beverages, destination, care expectations and any testing criteria; suitability for food contact, heating or washing must be confirmed before making claims. |
| Impact protection | Confirm individual wrapping, box structure and carton separation; the pack should reduce contact between rims, handles and other hard surfaces during transport. |
Sample and quality checks
Review rim continuity, handle joints, coating coverage and any agreed appearance limits. Inspect decoration after the agreed care checks and confirm the pack prevents direct hard-surface contact during handling.
