We confirm the following details from your artwork and physical sample before quoting or production.

| Artwork application | Supply approved club graphics, placement measurements and printing or embroidery preference; define whether artwork scales with each size or stays constant. |
| Labels and quantities | List quantities by size and colour with care labels, size labels, hangtags and folded packing requirements for the club-shop range. |
Sample and quality checks
Measure the sample against the agreed chart and assess fit on the intended wearer. Check seam finish, graphic placement and decoration feel, then review dimensional and appearance changes after the agreed care checks.
