Baseball Caps
We review crown shape, visor and artwork placement as one custom cap design. A physical sample is needed to judge fit and how embroidery or a patch sits over the curved panels.

Project specifications
We confirm the following details from your artwork and physical sample before quoting or production.
| Fit and crown | Confirm intended user, head-circumference range, crown height and structured or softer feel; provide a reference cap if a particular fit matters. |
|---|---|
| Fabric and panels | Specify fabric composition and weight preferences, panel layout and colour blocking; seams must be considered when positioning the club artwork. |
| Crest decoration | Provide crest artwork at the intended size and identify embroidery, patch or print preference; fine lettering requires a sample-based feasibility check. |
| Visor and adjustment | Confirm visor shape, underside colour and rear adjustment preference, including the usable adjustment range and any branding on the closure. |
| Inner details and packing | List sweatband, labels and internal finishing expectations with packing quantity; transport packing should preserve the approved crown and visor shape. |
Sample and quality checks
Fit the sample on the agreed head form or wearer and inspect crest position from the front and side. Check panel symmetry, visor stitching, closure operation and shape after packing.
