Knitted Hats
A custom knitted hat needs the chosen logo or artwork to remain clear when the knit stretches and the cuff folds. We review the intended wearer, yarn feel and decoration placement before sampling.

Project specifications
We confirm the following details from your artwork and physical sample before quoting or production.
| Fit and depth | Confirm adult or children’s use, head-circumference range and worn depth, with flat measurements and an agreed way to assess stretch. |
|---|---|
| Yarn and knit | Share composition, warmth and softness preferences, knit texture and colour references; assess the yarn and structure together for the intended use. |
| Cuff and top | Specify cuff height, folded or unfolded presentation and top construction, including whether a pom-pom is requested for project assessment. |
| Crest or label | Provide artwork and decoration preference with exact positioning on the worn hat; cuff folds and stretch must not obscure the club identity. |
| Care and retail pack | Confirm care-label content, size identification, hanging tag and packing method; the chosen fold should show the approved front and decoration. |
Sample and quality checks
Review the crest on the stretched and relaxed sample, check the cuff height and top seam, and compare dimensions after agreed care checks. Inspect any added decoration and attachment separately.
