Cushions and Soft Accessories
Approved artwork can be assessed for cushions, fabric charms and other sewn accessories. We first identify the intended use so pattern, filling and attachments are developed for the actual product.
Project specifications
We confirm the following details from your artwork and physical sample before quoting or production.
| Format and dimensions | Choose cushion, fabric charm or another sewn format, giving finished dimensions, outline and the intended display, carrying or comfort use. |
|---|---|
| Shell and filling | Share fabric texture, composition and filling firmness preferences; assess thickness and recovery with the shape rather than treating all soft accessories alike. |
| Graphic and construction | Provide artwork and important feature positions with embroidery, print or applique preference; seams and curved areas may require an adapted layout. |
| Closures and attachments | Identify removable covers, openings, loops or hardware if required, with the intended user group; construction and attachment details need individual review. |
| Care and packing | Confirm care expectations, labels, compression preference and retail pack, including whether shape recovery must be checked after the proposed shipping method. |
Sample and quality checks
Check seam placement, filling distribution and the graphic on the complete sample. Test any closure or attachment and review shape recovery after packing; a cushion and a hanging charm need different approval criteria.
