Pullover Hoodies
A custom hoodie needs the right fit and fabric weight as well as recognisable graphics. We review hood shape, pocket construction and artwork placement with the intended wearer and season in mind.

Project specifications
We confirm the following details from your artwork and physical sample before quoting or production.
| Fit and measurement | Provide the size chart, wearer group and fit reference, with chest, body, sleeve and hood measurements plus quantities for each size. |
|---|---|
| Fabric and inside finish | Specify composition, target weight and loopback or brushed preference; assess warmth, hand feel and decoration compatibility using the proposed fabric. |
| Hood and pocket | Confirm hood lining, opening shape and pocket style; any drawcord request must be reviewed against the intended wearer and destination requirements. |
| Ribs and decoration | State cuff and hem construction, colour references and approved graphic positions; check embroidery or printing where seams, pockets and folds meet. |
| Labels and packing | List care and size labels, hangtags, folding and bagging requirements, with size-colour allocation and any separate packing needed for retail replenishment. |
Sample and quality checks
Inspect hood balance, pocket symmetry and rib recovery alongside the fit measurements. Check graphics across folded or bulky areas and review shrinkage, surface appearance and decoration after agreed care checks.
