Backpacks
A custom backpack needs a workable compartment plan before decoration is positioned. We review the intended contents, carrying fit and pocket access, then assess fabric and construction for that brief.

Project specifications
We confirm the following details from your artwork and physical sample before quoting or production.
| Size and compartments | Provide exterior dimensions and a compartment sketch with the items each section should hold; any device fit must use its actual dimensions. |
|---|---|
| Shell and lining | Share fabric composition, weight, surface and lining preferences with expected use; padding and reinforcement should be reviewed where contents contact the bag. |
| Carrying system | Confirm strap width, adjustment range, handle and back-panel preferences with intended wearer size; assess comfort using a representative loaded sample. |
| Openings and hardware | Specify zip openings, pockets, buckles and internal organisation; hardware position and access need review alongside the assembled bag construction. |
| Branding and packing | Provide approved crest positions, decoration preferences, labels and packing requirements; avoid placing key graphics across seams, pockets or heavily flexing areas. |
Sample and quality checks
Pack the sample with the agreed contents and check access, strap adjustment and load distribution. Inspect zip operation, high-stress seams and graphic placement, then confirm the packing method protects the bag’s structure.
