We assess custom stickers around the surface they will be applied to and the way fans receive them. The artwork, adhesive direction and cut layout are reviewed together before a material is selected.
Project specifications
We confirm the following details from your artwork and physical sample before quoting or production.
| Format and cut | Choose individual stickers or a sheet, specify finished sizes and outline, and mark the gap between shapes for easy removal. |

| Surface and adhesive | Describe the intended application surface and temporary or lasting use; adhesive compatibility needs a trial on the actual surface. |
| Face material | Share paper or film preference, gloss level and expected exposure to moisture or sunlight; suitability must be checked for the proposed material. |
| Artwork and margins | Provide crest artwork, colour references, bleed and clear margins; small lettering must remain legible within the final cut line. |
| Pack and assortment | Confirm designs per sheet or pack, quantities by design and backing information; separate club campaigns and language versions in the packing list. |
Sample and quality checks
Check cut depth, clean peeling and print-to-cut alignment using a physical sample. Test adhesion and removal on the agreed surface; do not treat a glossy finish as proof of outdoor or water resistance.
