Merchandise Backing Cards
A backing card needs to hold the actual pin, charm or keychain while keeping the design and retail information visible. We plan holes and attachment positions around the approved product sample.

Project specifications
We confirm the following details from your artwork and physical sample before quoting or production.
| Finished card size | Confirm width, height and display orientation with the attached product in place, including clearance inside any retail bag or hanging fixture. |
|---|---|
| Stock and stiffness | Specify the preferred card feel and product weight; assess whether the selected stock supports the item without bending around holes. |
| Holes and attachment | Mark pin positions, slits, hanging holes and hardware clearances from the actual product, rather than scaling positions from a concept image. |
| Printed information | Supply approved graphics, care or use text, barcode and language versions; keep required information clear when the product is attached. |
| Packing alignment | Confirm which product SKU belongs to each card and whether assembly is required; list bag dimensions and packing counts per carton. |
Sample and quality checks
Attach the real product before approving the card. Check hole alignment, card bending, hardware contact with printed surfaces and barcode readability after assembly and bagging.
