Printed Packaging Inserts
An insert can explain the merchandise, present a brand message or guide assembly inside a membership pack. We review the final wording and fold layout against the actual pack contents.

Project specifications
We confirm the following details from your artwork and physical sample before quoting or production.
| Finished and flat size | Specify the closed size, unfolded dimensions and available space inside the pack; include the preferred opening direction and number of panels. |
|---|---|
| Paper and folding | Share paper weight and surface preferences with the fold pattern; assess stiffness, creasing and readability where printed areas cross folds. |
| Approved content | Supply final copy, artwork, language versions and any QR destination; identify who approves the text before a print proof is signed off. |
| Print and finishing | Confirm single or double-sided printing, colour references and any special finish request; review these options on the chosen paper. |
| Insertion plan | State which insert belongs to each product or membership tier, its position in the pack and the number of copies required. |
Sample and quality checks
Read the proof in its folded order, scan printed codes and check that instructions match the actual product. Review fold cracking, text near creases and version accuracy before pack assembly.
