What must be fixed before an approved plush sample becomes a production standard
A good sample is a starting reference, not a complete bulk instruction. Before release, we connect the sample to the active pattern, dimensions, fabric and color references, embroidery files, printed parts, accessories, care label, hang tag and individual packing method. Any accepted exception is written down instead of being remembered from chat.
First units off the line
The first bulk units are compared while adjustment is still possible. We look at overall silhouette, face position, filling level, clothing and accessory placement, label direction and the way the finished piece sits inside its pack. A repeated error found at this point is easier to contain than the same error found after the full quantity is finished.
Checks that follow product risk
Plush is partly handmade, so the control plan must distinguish normal variation from specification errors and visible defects. The relevant checkpoints can include dimensions, open seams, stains, uneven filling, embroidery stability, attachment security, SKU-to-tag matching, pack count and carton marks. The actual sampling method and acceptance rules are confirmed for the order; they are not universal website promises.
Changes after approval
If a fabric, component or process must change, the affected SKU and reference are identified before the substitute enters production. The buyer reviews the visual, functional, cost and schedule effect. Approval of one substitute does not authorize unrecorded changes elsewhere in the range.
