How we plan an IP range without exposing the customer or the protected artwork
An IP project does not need a public customer name or a full case story to have a useful production method. We can explain the decisions without publishing protected characters, contract terms, order quantities or launch results. The working record stays inside the project; the public page describes the control logic.
One source of truth for character identity
We begin with the current authorized character source and a short list of protected features: expression, color blocks, logo treatment, names and details that cannot be simplified. Product teams then work from controlled derivatives instead of downloading different screenshots from chat.
A range matrix for products and SKUs
Each product line records its SKU, artwork version, quantity range, target size, sample status, packaging and approval owner. A collection-level row records shared colors, launch priority and delivery date. This lets plush, acrylic, pins and printed goods move at different speeds without losing the common IP rules.
Evidence that can be shared safely
When confidentiality applies, approvals can use cropped detail views, material swatches, coded SKU references and versioned sample records. Public content can discuss the production question: such as keeping a character expression consistent across plush and acrylic: without identifying the customer or reproducing protected files. AIYYANG does not infer endorsements or sales performance from product photographs.
For an initial range review, send the authorization context, current character sheet, candidate products, quantity per SKU, target market, packaging direction and required launch date. Mark any information that must remain confidential so the review and later evidence plan use the correct boundary.
